Start with an Aromatherapy massage with a difference, using an exquisite blend of essential oils which have been brought together for each chakra to help align them, each chakra has its own speciality blend. Following your in-depth consultation to gain an understanding of your health and emotions to determine the chakra most in need of healing you will have a 30 min massage on the chosen Chakra with that speciality Chakra blend, you will also be given an info sheet on the chosen chakra to help further your healing at home. The treatment continues with a 30 min Reiki to enhance your healing, balance your energy and help to alleviate stress. Each therapy enhances the other, working in harmony to relax, clear, re-balance and restore and offers a unique holistic healing experience, which works on both a physical and emotional level.
