Pregnancy Massage £45
Enjoy a calming massage aimed at enhancing circulation, easing muscle tension, minimizing swelling and increasing energy levels. You'll be comfortably positioned on your side supported by pillows for optimal relaxation. This wonderful treatment not only helps reduce anxiety but also helps prepare you for childbirth.
Available after 14 weeks of pregnancy and requires consent from your midwife before booking.

Chakra Soother Massage £35
An Aromatherapy massage with a difference, using an exquisite blend of essential oils which have been brought together for each chakra to help align them, each chakra has its own blend.
This truly unique experience starts off with a detailed consultation to gain an understanding of your health and emotions to enable the Practitioner to address the chakra most in need of healing at that time, you will then receive a 30min massage with the blend on the chosen chakra.
You will also be given a self help fact sheet on that chakra to help further your healing at home.

Using Reiki and Reflexology together offers a unique holistic healing experience which works on both a physical and emotional level. Your experience starts with 30 minutes of healing Reiki and will then follow with 30 minutes Aromatherapy Reflexology where the essential oils will be blended for your individual need and will have the treatment enhanced with a crystal roller to Reflex points on the feet.
Each therapy enhances the other working in harmony to heal, relax, clear, re-balance and restore.
Taking time out to take care of your wellness needs is always beneficial. This is a lovely combination treatment for your favourite therapies or an ideal way to experience Reiki and Reflexology for the first time.

The Bacial (Back Facial) £45
A skin and soul ritual for the back. Begin with a refreshing basic cleanse using a hydra-boost cleanser infused with lotus flower and white tea to awaken the senses.
Followed with a calming toner then a deeper cleanse with a mood boosting cleanser.
Continue with a Eucalyptus sea salt and sea mineral oil scrub for gentle exfoliation then melt into stillness with a floral body mask. It's lightweight gel texture soothes and hydrates and as the mask works its magic enjoy a tranquil arm massage.
Finish with a 30min aromatherapy back massage using an essential blend containing peppermint which is ideal for congested backs.
