​​We have one private cabin for individual use in it's own room with a shower.  Far Infrared sauna therapy uses invisible light waves to warm your body directly instead of heating the air around you to extreme temperatures like traditional saunas.  Far Infrared waves penetrate about 2 to 3 cm into your subcutaneous tissue and water molecules.  The cabin operates at cooler, more tolerable ambient air temperatures while still triggering a deep sweat and raising your core body temperature, good for detoxification, muscular aches and pain, skin rejuvenation and relaxation, relaxation music is played during your session but is optional.  Our cabin has the added benefit of Chromotherapy (colour therapy) lighting which addresses your sensory environment on the principle that different visible light wavelengths influence mood, energy levels and mental state, you can pick your colour on the day (our cabin has red as a colour option but is not red light therapy which uses highly specific metered wavelengths).
