Your experience starts with 30 minutes of healing Reiki to balance and calm and will then follow with 30 minutes Aroma Reflexology where the essential oils will be blended for you individual need, finishing with a crystal roller over Reflex points on the feet to be balanced.

Each therapy enhances the other working in harmony to heal, relax, clear, re-balance and restore, this is very grounding treatment.

A skin and soul ritual for the back.  Begin with a refreshing basic cleanse using a hydra-boost cleanser infused with lotus flower and white tea to awaken the senses.

 

Followed with a calming toner then a deeper cleanse with a mood boosting cleanser.

Continue with a Eucalyptus sea salt and sea mineral oil scrub for gentle exfoliation then melt into stillness with a floral body mask.  It's lightweight gel texture soothes and hydrates and as the mask works its magic enjoy a tranquil arm massage.
